My dog Bella

 This is all about my dog Bella

Her breed is a american staffy.She is 10 1/2 years old. She is medium sized. Bella is a guard dog. Shes very friendly and sweet. She may look "Scary" If you see her at my gate barking but when you get to know her she is very kind and cute. When her ears are down that means that shes not protective. But when her ears are up it means shes going protective and tries to protect us and bark at someone whos coming by. Bella does attack other dogs if they come to close or do something to annoy her. She is a very good dog and I love her very much.

Fantastic Mr Fox. Right or Wrong Questions

 Mr Fox - Right or Wrong?

When Mr. Fox needs to feed his family, he usually just raids the storehouses of one of his terribly mean neighbors. Was this wrong? Here are the facts: Boggis, Bunce, and Bean each earn their living by farming.  The farmers are all vile and nasty Mr. Fox must eat and must also feed his family. Mr Fox’s source of food comes from what he steals from Boggis, Bunce, and Bean.  The three farmers are enraged by Mr. Fox’s theft and decide to kill him at all costs.  Mr. Fox manages to continue stealing from them, and even comes up with new and better ways to rob them while they are distracted by their obsession with destroying him. Mr Fox’s arguments to support his stealing Anyone would steal food if their kids were starving to death,  The three farmers want to destroy both Fox’s and Badger’s homes  The farmers threaten the lives of the animals' children, as well as many other families’ lives.  “I am only stealing from murderous creeps, and it is for a good cause.”

                                 Big Question

Is it morally right or wrong for Mr Fox to steal food from Boggis, Bunce, and Bean to feed himself and his family?  It is morally wrong to steal from them because in the first place they didnt do anything until he stole from them and he could have got food for his family if they still lived in the hole.

Answer the following questions:

1. Were you taught that it is always wrong to steal? What are the reasons for

thinking that it is always wrong to steal?

I was taught that it was always  wrong to steal because my parents said that it was wrong to steal because stealing is wrong like stealing toys or something.

2. Is it wrong for Mr. Fox to steal? Why or why not?

Yes and no Mr Fox and no right at first to steal from those farmers because they did nothing to the animals or Mr Fox, But after he stole from them and a

3. Does the fact that he steals food so that his children will not starve somehow

make it better or “less wrong?” Why or why not?

It makes it less wrong because you wouldn't want your kids to starve and if you were an animal you would probably steal for them so they dont starve and the fact that they are poor.

4. Do you think that there was a better way for Mr. Fox to feed his family, one

that didn’t involve stealing? If so, should Mr. Fox have done that instead?

Yes first of all he should have stayed living underground so he didn't spend all that money on the new house making him feel not so poor then he would have been able to afford food for himself, his kids and his wife and he wouldn't have lost his tail or gotten into any bad situations.

Tasmanian Devils

 For this activity we had to choose something to write about from current events. Current events is all these random questions on things. I chose to do the one with the Tasmanian devils. This activity was fun to write some facts about the Tasmanian devils and add some pictures of them too. Enjoy!!

Moari god art

This is what I have in my Maori  god artwork.  This artwork was complicated at first but since we have been doing it for awhile now its gotten easier. Doing this artwork is fun and exciting but it gets messy with all the paint!! Over these last few days/ weeks mamaku 1 has been planning on doing a Maori  god artwork that our relieving teacher came up with. Now mamaku 1 has almost finished their artwork. 

Mawhera Movie screening.

ABOUT: 2019. Welcome, This year my class has entered in the Mawhera Movie screening competition. We did our theme about mamaku highlights. Last week we went to the regent theatre to see the other videos that were the top picks at schools. Part of other schools went but our whole school went.  The videos  were all so cool but I have a favourite and its the first one we watched. It was about a robber and cops catching the robber. 

QUESTIONS: I think we did everything well except for how loud we were. Next time we could try to be louder so we can hear each other.  My favourite entry was the robber one at the start because they just did it so well and the techniques they used we're the slow motion.

This is my poster of miss spicks. Our relieving teacher in M1 told us to make a poster of Miss Spicks, mr and mrs lovey dovey or mr pents balls. I choose Miss Spicks because I had lots and Lots of Ideas about her. .
