Mycoplasma Bovis causes a constellation of diseases it includes mastitis in dairy cows. arthritis in cow and calves. pneumonia in calves and various other diseases likely including late term  abortion.

Damien O'Connor had announced that Mycoplasma bovines is all but eradicated in New Zealand. It affects cows calves and slightly effective on some other animals.  

Mycoplasma bovis is a disease its commonly found in cows all over the world its not affected to humans and presents no food safety risk. It spreads from animal to animal through close contact between farms it spreads through the movement of animals that are affected but may not be showing any symptoms.
