Camp Reflections

These are my favourite funniest most memorable moment and challenging moment

My favourite activity at camp was when we were playing the quiz game at night. Mrs P put on a song and we has to listen and write down the singer of the song my team got some answers wrong though. For example we were playing a quiz at night time and we were all having fun well most of us and the quiz game made some of us tired. I really liked all the camp activities but the quiz game was my favourite.

My most funniest activity was when mrs P went up and danced in front of the whole class in the morning.Mrs P got up in the morning and woke up some people and put on a song and her and mrs Lagen were dancing it was really funny. For example they were dancing to a song it was funny. That was my most funniest activity.

My most memorable moment is probably going to be when mrs P was dancing in front of the whole class because it was so funny :D. I liked it because Mrs P was dancing in front of everyone. For example mrs P was dancing to a song.

My most challenging moment was when we done the river crossing it was my most challenging moment because we had to cross a freezing cold river and i'm the shortest person in the class and it was almost up to my thigh!!! :O

Interchange - Te Reo Maori

This term we have been learning to speak Maori and learn things about the word. Our activity was to choose runga, rota or raro. I choose runga because it means up / on. We had to make a D L O about the word so here is mine. I hope you like it :)

Descriptive sentence writing week 2

Descriptive sentence writing week 2 nikau palm tree writing
A Nikau palm tree is a native large tree that lives in new Zealand it is very pretty and it can be found in the west coast  and they are also really really tall.

The Nikau palm tree has a tall trunk that can grow to about 5 to 10 meters tall also the trunk is light brown and bumpy and grows very very tall the trunk kinda has stripes on it but the stripes are like dark brown and a bit of light brown.

this is the trunk of a Nikau palm tree
here's a photo of the Nikau palm tree

Nikau palm trees have dark/light green leaves that are very sharp and spiky and also pointy and sharp but i don't think much people would touch the leaves because some people might be short.

Nikau palm trees have bumpy and round seeds that fall of them to make more nikau palm trees.

Nikau palm trees live in the west coast in the forest or jungle or something like that nikau palm trees might live in the open there is a couple of them in grey main school!!!
